Zoho Integration Guide
This guide explains how to integrate Zoho Meeting with your Seemi CRM account to manage virtual classes, tutoring sessions, and online meetings smoothly. Once connected, you can create and manage Zoho meetings directly from your dashboard.
Step 1: Open the Integrations Module
From your left-hand sidebar, click Integrations.
In the Integrations window, open the Whiteboards & Meetings tab.
Here, you’ll see available tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoho
Step 2: Open the Zoho Card
Locate the Zoho card and click it to start the integration process.
Zoho Meeting allows you to host secure online classes, tutoring sessions, and meetings with screen sharing and participant controls.
Step 3: Choose Integration Type
A pop-up will appear asking you to select your integration type:
- Global Integration – Recommended for admins who want to connect one Zoho account for the entire organization.
- User-Based Integration – Ideal for tutors or staff members who want to connect their own Zoho accounts individually.
Select the option that best matches your setup.
Step 4A: Global Integration Setup
If you select Global Integration, follow these steps:
- Click Connect Zoho on the popup.
- You’ll be redirected to Zoho’s secure login page.
- Sign in using your Zoho account credentials.
- If you don’t have an account, click Sign Up to create one before continuing.
4. Review the requested permissions and click Allow to authorise access.
5. After approval, you’ll be redirected back to Seemi CRM automatically.
Your Zoho account will now be connected globally, allowing all users to create and manage Zoho meetings.
Step 4B: User-Based Integration Setup
If you select User-Based Integration, each user will connect their own Zoho account.
Follow these steps:
- Click your Profile icon at the top right corner.
- Select Preferences from the dropdown menu.
- Open the Connections tab.
- Under Connected Accounts, find Zoho with the description:
“Seamlessly conduct online classes using Zoho Meeting with built-in whiteboard support.”
4. Click Connect next to Zoho.
5. Sign in to your Zoho account or create one if needed.
7. Review permissions and click Accept.
Once completed, Zoho will show a connected status.
Step 5: Confirm Successful Connection
After authorisation:
- For Global Integration, the Zoho card will show a connected status.
- For User-Based Integration, Zoho will appear as connected under Profile › Preferences › Connections.
You can now create and manage Zoho meetings directly from your tutoring sessions or calendar.
Step 6: Disconnect Zoho (Optional)
You can disconnect Zoho anytime if you need to change accounts.
- Global Integration:
Go to Integrations › Whiteboards & Meetings, click the Zoho card, and select Disconnect.
- User-Based Integration:
Go to Profile › Preferences › Connections, then click Disconnect next to Zoho.
