How can we help?

Google Meet Integration Guide

This guide explains how to connect Google Meet with your Seemi CRM account to manage live tutoring sessions, virtual classes, and collaborative whiteboard meetings. Once connected, you can schedule, join, and manage Google Meet sessions directly from your dashboard.

Step 1: Open the Integrations Module

From your dashboard sidebar, click Integrations.
Next, open the Whiteboards & Meetings tab.
Here you’ll see available tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

Step 2: Select Integration Type and Confirm Switch

On the same Google Meet card, you’ll find two buttons labeled Global and User-Based. These define how the integration applies within your CRM account:

  • Global Integration: Allows one Google account to be shared organization-wide (recommended for admins).

  • User-Based Integration: Lets each tutor or staff member connect their own Google account.

If you switch from one mode to the other, a confirmation popup appears:

Switch to User-Based Type?
Switching to User-Based type will disconnect the existing global connection for Google. Each user will need to set up their individual integration.
Cancel | Confirm Switch

Click Confirm Switch if you wish to proceed with the new setup type.
