How to Integrate PayPal

This tutorial will walk you through connecting PayPal as a payment gateway in Seemi CRM, from start to finish. It answers common user questions and shows exactly what to expect at every step.

Step 1: Open the Integration Panel

  • From the left sidebar, click Integration.

  • You’ll see a section titled Payment Gateways.

  • Locate the PayPal card.

Open the Integrations panel from the Seemi CRM sidebar to manage payment gateways.

Step 2: Click on the PayPal Card

  • Click the PayPal integration box.

  • A new window will open, taking you to PayPal’s secure connection portal.

Step 3: Sign in a PayPal Account

  • Enter your email and Click Submit.

Step 4: Authorize Seemi CRM

  • After logging in, PayPal will ask you to approve access for Seemi CRM.

  • Enter the Verification code.

  • Click Agree or Allow to proceed.

Step 5: Return to Seemi CRM

  • Once connected, you will be redirected back to the Integrations page.

  • A green “Connected” label will now appear on the PayPal card.

You’re done! PayPal is now live and ready to process payments.

Yes. Only verified PayPal business accounts can be connected for secure payment processing within the system.

You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure login portal, where you can sign in and authorize access for your Seemi CRM account.

Once the setup is complete, a green connected label will appear on the PayPal tile in the Integrations panel.

Yes. You can click the PayPal tile again and choose Disconnect. A confirmation prompt will appear before removing the connection.
